1. Adhere to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and build a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics

Our party attaches great importance to the construction of the rule of law. For a long time, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, our party has deeply summarized the successful experience and profound lessons of my country’s socialist rule of law, and proposed that in order to protect the people’s democracy, the rule of law must be strengthened, and democracy must be institutionalized and legalized.
