Modification of the ring cooler sealing for the sintering machine and waste heat recovery.
The company's metallurgical special valves are mainly used in energy-saving and emission reduction systems such as blast furnace gas dry dust removal and gas recovery in the metallurgical industry, with a domestic market share of more than 70%. Energy and petrochemical valves with harsh working conditions and low leakage requirements are the main domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade butterfly valves and ball valves.

The modification of the ring cold seal and waste heat recovery for the sintering machine is an important energy-saving, consumption-reducing, and environmental protection measure in steel production. Through the application of sealing modifications and waste heat recovery technology, the energy efficiency of the system can be significantly improved, energy waste can be reduced, and environmental pollution can be lowered.
Since 2022, the ring cold seal modification has been carried out for the 1# sintering machine (195㎡), 2# sintering machine (265㎡), and 4# sintering machine (265㎡) at Jinxigang Steel, along with the installation of waste heat boilers for power generation.

The company has passed the API certification of American Petroleum Institute, BV certification of French Classification Society, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation.
