Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred as STV) is in Nanyang Town, Qidong City, Jiangsu Province P. R. China, across the Yangtze River from Shanghai. lt enjoys convenient transportation and is just 105 km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. STV has registered capital of CNY 508 million and specializes in R&D, production and sales of industrial valves. STV product line primarily including Butterfly valves, Ball valves, Gate valves, Globe valves, Check valves, Regulating valves, and Non-standard valves, covering over 2,000 specifications within 145 series across seven major categories. These products are widely applied in a variety of industrial fields such as Metallurgy, Nuclear Power, Thermal power Petrochemical industry, Coal chemical industry, Gathering and Transportation of Natural gas, Shipbuilding, and Ocean engineering. With robust assets and business operations we have obtained an AAA credit rating for twelve consecutive years. STV was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the code 002438. SZ in 2010, abbreviated as Jiangsu Shentong, became the first listed company as industrial valve manufacturer in Nantong City Jianasu Province.

Our special valves for the metallurgical industry are primarily utilized for dry dedusting and gas recovery of blast furnaces, and other energy-saving and emission-reduction systems in the industry. We supply over 70% of this kind of valves in the Chinese market. Additionally, we are a leading domestic supplier of abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and low-leakage valves for demanding conditions in the energy and petrochemical industries, as well as nuclear-grade butterfly and ball valves in China. We are a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan, a single-item champion demonstration enterprise awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a national advantageous enterprise of intellectual property, a high-tech enterprise of Jiangsu Province, one of the first batch of innovative enterprises in Jiangsu Province, a demonstration enterprise in energy-saving and emission reduction in Jiangsu Province, an exemplary enterprise in the standardized management of intellectual property in Jiangsu Province, and an innovative enterprise in petroleum and chemical technologies awarded by CPCIF. We also take the position of the Vice Chairman of the China Valve Industry Association, an institutional member of the China Valve Standardization Committee, a leader entity of the Butterfly Valve Working Group of the China Valve Standardization Committee, an institutional member of the material supply network of SINOPEC, an institutional member of Baosteel Joint Research and Supply Center of Equipment and Spare Parts, and an institutional member of the Nuclear Power Equipment Localization Joint Research and Development Center under China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN). As our product brands, “Dieqiu” is a Famous Trademark of China, “Shentong” has been registered as an international trademark in Madrid, and “STV” has been registered in China. We have been certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Bureau Veritas (BV) certification, the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the ISO 10012 Measurement Management Systems, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, the GB/T 45001-2020 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and the GB/T 29490 Intellectual Property Management Systems, and accredited by the CNAS as well.
