150,000 cubic meters converter gas holder
The company's metallurgical special valves are mainly used in energy-saving and emission reduction systems such as blast furnace gas dry dust removal and gas recovery in the metallurgical industry, with a domestic market share of more than 70%. Energy and petrochemical valves with harsh working conditions and low leakage requirements are the main domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade butterfly valves and ball valves.

Converter gas is a byproduct of oxygen-blown steelmaking in converters, and it has high economic value as a secondary energy source.
The converter gas holder can efficiently store qualified gas produced during steelmaking, stabilize pipeline pressure, supply downstream production units to generate economic benefits, and prevent air pollution.
The 150,000 cubic meter gas holder project in Jinxia includes the main gas holder and auxiliary facilities such as a pressurization station, gas pipelines, control room, and other complete construction projects.
The company's "butterfly ball" brand is a well-known trademark in China, the "magic" brand has completed the Madrid international trademark registration, and the "STV" brand has completed the Chinese trademark registration. The company has passed the API certification of American Petroleum Institute, BV certification of French Classification Society, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation.
