Low-pressure pulse jet dust removal technology
The company's metallurgical special valves are mainly used in energy-saving and emission reduction systems such as blast furnace gas dry dust removal and gas recovery in the metallurgical industry, with a domestic market share of more than 70%. Energy and petrochemical valves with harsh working conditions and low leakage requirements are the main domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade butterfly valves and ball valves.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy and the increase in metallurgical smelting, the atmospheric pollutants emitted from furnaces have caused significant harm to the surrounding environment. Therefore, the technology for removing particulate matter from dust-laden gases to reduce their emissions into the atmosphere has become increasingly important.
The low-pressure pulse jet long bag dust removal technology developed by the company is suitable for environmental dust removal and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, power, chemical, building materials, and machinery.
The company's "butterfly ball" brand is a well-known trademark in China, the "magic" brand has completed the Madrid international trademark registration, and the "STV" brand has completed the Chinese trademark registration. The company has passed the API certification of American Petroleum Institute, BV certification of French Classification Society, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation.
