Saturated steam power generation technology

The saturated steam generated by iron enterprises, apart from being used for the company's own consumption, needs to be released if the remaining part cannot be recovered. Utilizing saturated steam generators reduces environmental pollution, lowers the company's energy consumption and emissions, effectively reduces production costs, and enhances competitiveness.

The company's metallurgical special valves are mainly used in energy-saving and emission reduction systems such as blast furnace gas dry dust removal and gas recovery in the metallurgical industry, with a domestic market share of more than 70%. Energy and petrochemical valves with harsh working conditions and low leakage requirements are the main domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade butterfly valves and ball valves.

Introduction

The saturated steam generated by the iron enterprise, apart from part used for the company's own consumption, needs to be released if the remaining part cannot be recovered. Utilizing saturated steam generators reduces environmental pollution, lowers the company's energy consumption and emissions, effectively reduces production costs, and enhances competitiveness.

The projects that the company has built and is currently operating include a 15MW power generation from the converter saturated steam at Jinxie Steel, the sealing transformation of three sintering ring coolers, and an 18MW power generation from flue gas waste heat recovery using saturated steam.

The company's "butterfly ball" brand is a well-known trademark in China, the "magic" brand has completed the Madrid international trademark registration, and the "STV" brand has completed the Chinese trademark registration. The company has passed the API certification of American Petroleum Institute, BV certification of French Classification Society, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation.
