Gas power generation
The company's metallurgical special valves are mainly used in energy-saving and emission reduction systems such as blast furnace gas dry dust removal and gas recovery in the metallurgical industry, with a domestic market share of more than 70%. Energy and petrochemical valves with harsh working conditions and low leakage requirements are the main domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade butterfly valves and ball valves.

By adopting efficient gas power generation technology, the overall thermal efficiency of the plant can be significantly improved, enhancing the utilization efficiency of gas and increasing the proportion of self-supply of electricity, in accordance with the "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for Carbon Peaking Before 2030" and the "Implementation Guidelines for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Transformation and Upgrading in Key Areas of High Energy Consumption Industries (2022 Edition).
The projects that the company has currently built and is operating include the 135MW ultra-supercritical gas power generation at Jinxie Steel and two sets of 100MW ultra-high temperature subcritical gas power generation at Handan Steel, with an under-construction project being the 100MW ultra-high temperature subcritical gas power generation at Handan Steel No. 3.
The company's "butterfly ball" brand is a well-known trademark in China, the "magic" brand has completed the Madrid international trademark registration, and the "STV" brand has completed the Chinese trademark registration. The company has passed the API certification of American Petroleum Institute, BV certification of French Classification Society, ISO9001 quality management system, ISO10012 measurement management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490 intellectual property management system certification and CNAS laboratory accreditation.
