Service Commitment
In order to better serve customers, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of customers, relieve customers' worries, and establish the company's corporate image and brand reputation, according to the People's Republic of China's “Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law”, “after-sales service management standards” and the company's quality policy, the company has made the following commitments to the customer's service:
1. Organize production in strict accordance with IS09001 standard.
2. Provide the necessary technical support for the ex-factory products.
3. Within 12 months from the date of shipment of the product, under the normal conditions of storage, transportation, maintenance and use of the customer, if the product cannot be used normally due to the manufacturing quality problems, free service will be provided.
4. According to customer demand or agreement in a timely manner to provide spare parts, spare parts and installation, commissioning, maintenance services and technical training for customer personnel.
5. When receiving customer quality information feedback, put forward processing opinions within 8 hours and deal with them in a timely manner.
