We currently boast the largest measuring device for valve flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient in China, which can satisfy as large as DN700 valve tests. The test device strictly complies with the Method for Testing Flow Coefficient and Flow Resistance Coefficient of General Valves (JB/T 5296-1991) and the Valves Test of Flow Resistance Using Water as A Test Fluid (BS EN 1267:1999). It can collect the data of pressure, differential pressure, flow, and temperature before and after the valve, determine flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient of various kinds of general valves, and the inherent flow characteristics of regulating valves, and can complete flow break tests at DN150 or below.
