Our cryogenic valve test device is mainly used for various tests of cryogenic valves and the cryogenic treatment of valve parts. The test device complies with the Technical Specifications of Cryogenic Valve (GB/T 24925-2010) and the Specification for Valves for Cryogenic Service (BS 6364:1984). It can be used for the sealing performance test, upper sealing performance test, packing sealing performance test and gasket sealing performance test on gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and check valves with a maximum nominal diameter of 40" and a maximum nominal pressure of 1500 pounds. After being immersed in and sprayed by liquid nitrogen, valves can be kept at the lowest temperature of -196℃. The system can measure the temperature and real-time leakage of each part of valves in a low temperature environment.
