On the afternoon of August 31, 2020, Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. held a grand meeting in the company conference room to summarize and commend the fine management stage. Refined management reform is an activity in which all employees of the enterprise participate. After seven months of journey and struggle, more than 200 days and nights, through the hard work of the project team teachers and the unremitting efforts of all members, the refined management work has achieved phased results. In the whole process of project implementation, the company has emerged a number of positive and practical talents, which not only achieves the expected goal of the project, but also realizes its own value.
First of all, the project team teacher of the consulting company made a summary statement on the company's fine management project. The consulting teacher is proud of the results of this consulting project and the changes that have taken place in the company today. At the same time, we must maintain the spirit of continuous improvement and let the company develop in a more standardized direction.
At the meeting, Miao Zong, the leader of the company's project team, made a speech. Miao Zong recognized the achievements made by various departments and talked about several feelings about this fine management activity: "Yong", "Xin" and "Heng". "Courage" means that in work, no matter what problems we encounter, we must have the courage to face and bear; "faith" means that no matter what we do, we must have the belief that we dare to break through; "perseverance" means treating all work. We must persevere and realize the transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change. "Yong" is the foundation of our managers, "Xin" is the foundation of our managers, and "Heng" is the soul of our managers. Let's set out with "Yong", "Xin" and "Heng.
At the meeting, President Wu Zong of the company delivered an important speech, recognizing the achievements made in the implementation of fine management and the growth of the team, and talked about three points of understanding: the results of fine activities are remarkable, from the 6S management of the workshop, the mental outlook of employees, to the improvement of material matching, the improvement of product delivery, the reduction of inventory, the improvement of quality and so on. The development of the activity is to temper and improve everyone's working ability. In the process of this activity, a group of excellent employees and management cadres have emerged. They learn modestly, think hard, communicate sincerely, be good at cooperation, and have the courage to improve. They have demonstrated good moral character and good style of work, which is worth learning. Many good practices and experiences have been formed in the process of refined management, and we must continue to implement these good practices. Of course, we still have many shortcomings. I hope everyone will take it seriously, study it carefully, form a rectification plan, promote improvement, and truly make our company's management more refined.
Finally, Mr. Wu put forward several hopes for management cadres at all levels: we should have an open mind to accept new things and new knowledge; modesty makes people progress. To respect others is to respect yourself. We must treat every job with a responsible and master attitude; change "I want to do it" to "I want to do it". We should measure our work by the standard that the interests of the company are above everything else; we should not allow personal interests and small group interests to override the interests of the company. We should deal with all affairs in a fair and just manner to satisfy our employees. We must communicate with a positive and positive attitude; we must have a clean and self-disciplined ideological style, cultivate one's moral integrity, govern the country and the world, and self-cultivation is the foundation. We must have a goal-oriented and problem-oriented work style; we must have a work style of vigorous implementation and full implementation.
Mr. Wu pointed out: Under the complicated external environment, the development of our magic power still maintains a good momentum. This is inseparable from everyone's joint efforts. However, the challenges we face are still unprecedented.
