Jiangsu Shentong Nuclear Energy Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Shentong Nuclear Energy) was established in December 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co. The legal representative of our company is Wu Jianxin, the legal representative of Jiangsu Shentong. Our company passed GB/T 19001/ISO 9001 quality management system certification, GB/T 24001/ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, GB/T 45001/ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2021. And in July 2023, it obtained the civil nuclear safety equipment design license and manufacturing license approved by the National Nuclear Safety Administration (equipment varieties include ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, check valves, regulating valves, instrumentation valves, and air valves), and Shentong Nuclear Energy comprehensively inherits the original Jiangsu Shentong nuclear equipment design and manufacturing activities, Jiangsu Shentong's nuclear power sector design, process, manufacturing, nuclear quality assurance, procurement, Jiangsu Shentong's nuclear power segment design, process, manufacturing, nuclear quality assurance, procurement, after-sales service and other nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing activities related to all personnel (including the nuclear quality assurance minister, general manager of the nuclear power division, vice president of technology, vice president of production, vice president of sales, designers, nuclear-level welders, nuclear-level nondestructive testing personnel, etc.), plant and equipment resources, etc., all transferred to the Shentong Nuclear Energy. All contracts, performance, qualifications, honors, certificates, intellectual property rights, completed and ongoing projects (including records/drawings/completion data and other documents of design and manufacturing activities, services, and all rights and obligations) of Jiangsu Shentong related to nuclear power generation are transferred to Shentong Nuclear Energy. Shentong Nuclear Energy will continue to provide customers with full life cycle services.

Our main products are ball valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, check valves, air valves, diaphragm valves, instrumentation valves, gate valves, etc., with nominal sizes from DN6 to 4100, of which the maximum nominal size of the ball valves is DN600, the maximum nominal size of the butterfly valves is DN4100, and the nominal pressures are from PN0.01 to 42MPa. The driving modes are manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic. As of June 2024, Shentong Nuclear Energy has 77 valid patents, including 3 invention patents and 74 utility models; Jiangsu Shentong has obtained 373 valid patents, including 57 invention patents, 314 utility models and 2 PCT patents. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd, our company enjoys the right to use all patents and other intellectual property rights of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co.
Our company has 518 employees, including 110 engineers and technicians, 3 researcher-level (full) senior engineers, 13 senior engineers, 17 engineers. There are 1 senior technician, 50 technicians and 35 senior workers. The company's scientific research institutions for the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center, 56 practitioners, including 2 researcher-level (positive) senior engineers, 6 senior engineers, engineers, 28 people, the average age of 36 years old, covering all the professional fields required for valve design. There is a modern valve quality inspection and test center, with material chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, magnetic particle flaw detection, coloring flaw detection, X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, impact test, flow resistance test, torque test, corrosion test, spectral analysis, metallurgical analysis and other test equipment, the valve type testing machine, valve life testing machine, valve torque test bench, fault diagnostic equipment and other test equipment can meet the requirements of the performance testing.
