On December 30, 2024, the 9th Second Workers' Representative Assembly and Trade Union Member Representative Assembly of Shentong Group was grandly held in the comprehensive report hall of the group headquarters. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Yu Zhengtai, the chairman of the company's trade union, and 139 employee representatives from various business units, departments, and subsidiaries attended the meeting.
At the meeting, all employee representatives listened to and reviewed the "2024 Annual Work Report" presented by Zhang Qiqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, representing the management team, the amendments to the "Collective Contract" made by the Human Resources Department, the "Trade Union Member Care System" presented by the trade union, and the report from the President's Office on the implementation of proposals from the previous workers' representative assembly. According to the meeting agenda, all representatives engaged in group discussions and actively spoke based on their actual work situations, providing rational suggestions and opinions on new product development, new technology application, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and increasing revenue while saving expenses.
