On the morning of June 9, 2006, the signing ceremony of the nuclear butterfly valve contract for the Ling'ao Nuclear Power Project was held at the Ling'ao Nuclear Power Station. Mr. Zheng Keping, Deputy General Manager of CGN Engineering Co., Ltd., and Comrade Wu Jianxin, Chairman and Party Secretary of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Company, attended the signing ceremony. A total of 694 nuclear-grade butterfly valves, check valves and regulating valves signed this time are the first domestic products to be applied to the million kilowatt nuclear power units of Lingdong Nuclear Power Project. Shentong Valve Company has also become the first valve enterprise to participate in the supply of nuclear-grade equipment for Lingdong nuclear power project in China.
