Opening Ceremony of Staff Skills Training Held in Company in 2012

On November 17, 2012, Qidong Federation of Trade Unions and the Company held the opening ceremony of the 2012 employee skills training in the conference room on the third floor of the square south of the Nuclear Power Division. Chen Chunliu, chairman of Qidong Federation of Trade Unions, Lu Jian, chairman of Nanyang Town People's Congress, Chen Lu, vice president of Qidong Secondary specialized school, Wu Jianxin, chairman of the company, Huang Gaoyang, general manager of nuclear power division, Chen Yongsheng, chairman of the trade union, and Fan Jiajian, director of human resources, attended the opening ceremony. Wu Jianxin, chairman of the company, and Chen Chunliu, chairman of the Qidong Federation of Trade Unions, made speeches respectively. Chairman Wu Jianxin fully affirmed the results of the company's skills training in the previous stage. He said: "Technological innovation has increasingly become the core of enterprise development. The mastery of skills for employees is to master the true skills of their own survival. The development of skills training by enterprises is to strengthen the company. Positive energy for development." He hoped that the staff participating in the training would listen carefully, record carefully, digest carefully and apply what they have learned. Chen Chunliu encourages employees who participate in skills training to study hard through this training, continuously improve their professional skills, and make their own contributions to the magic valve.
This training is mainly based on the theoretical courses of numerical control and machining center, supplemented by practical operation guidance in the workshop, aiming to strengthen the students' mastery of the theoretical knowledge of numerical control and machining center and achieve the purpose of improving the level of skill operation.
