On the morning of January 29, 2012, at the beginning of the Spring Festival, the company held a factory-wide staff meeting in the East Factory. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chen Yongsheng, chairman of the company's trade union. Ms. Zhang Yifang, president of the company, made a work report on "Seizing Opportunities, Seeking Steady Development, Grasping Implementation and Creating Brilliance", briefly reviewed and summarized the company's 2011 operation and made detailed plans for 2012 operation objectives; mr.
