On the morning of March 26, the "consultation meeting on invigorating enterprises with science and technology and strengthening enterprises with talents and the signing ceremony of joint construction of practice bases between schools and enterprises" was held in the company conference room. The company invited relevant experts and leaders from seven universities, including Southeast University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Nanjing Forestry University, Sanjiang College, Yangzhou University, Nantong University and Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering, to conduct extensive discussions and suggestions on invigorating enterprises with science and technology and talents, chen Fei, director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Qidong City, Yang Haiyan, director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Wang Jingzhu, director of the Municipal Talent Center, were invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Zhang Qiqiang, vice president of the company. Dr. Chen Lin, vice president of the company, delivered a speech as a representative of graduates from Southeast University and Yangzhou University. He believed that the running-in period between students and enterprises should be shortened and the working role should be entered as soon as possible.
At the meeting, the company communicated frankly with the leaders of various universities, reached a consensus, and signed a contract on the spot.
