On May 6, 2006, the company held a special meeting to convey and implement the spirit of the "Seminar on Localization of Millikilowatt PWR Nuclear Pump Valves" held by the National Development and Reform Commission in Shenyang on April 30. The meeting discussed and determined our company's goal in localization of nuclear power valves in the next five years, and put forward specific measures, call on all employees of the company to work hard to build Shentong Valve Company into a world-class and domestic leading nuclear power valve production base.
The company won the bid for five sets of special valves for TRT project of Shaanxi drum general contract.
Since the beginning of this year, Shentong Company has been committed to the construction of energy conservation and environmental protection in the metallurgical industry, taking the special valve for TRT project as the focus of the company's work. On the one hand, it aims at the advanced level of foreign countries, promotes technological progress, and makes continuous improvement and improvement of products. On the other hand, it has stepped up marketing efforts and organized a project team to promote TRT technology in the metallurgical industry and make more contributions to the national energy conservation cause. In May, Shentong Company won the bid for all valve products in the five sets of TRT projects contracted by Shaanxi Drum.
The company won the bid for WISCO No.2 steelmaking 180t converter gas recovery system complete set of valves
In recent years, the company has devoted itself to the promotion of converter gas recovery technology in the metallurgical industry of iron and steel enterprises, and has successively provided a large number of complete sets of gas valves for converter gas recovery systems of 300t converter of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., 250t converter of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., 200t converter of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. In the bidding for the gas recovery valve of the 180t converter in the second steelmaking furnace of WISCO, Shentong Company won the bid with the advantage of "technical standard first.
Shentong Company Donates 1 million Yuan to Support Qidong's Education Modernization Project
In order to realize the goal of Qidong education modernization project, the board of directors of the company made a decision in April 2006 to donate 1 million yuan. This initiative was commended by the municipal government.
In April 2006, Yu Zhengtao and Zhang Lihong of Shentong Valve Company were rated as the sixth batch of top-notch professional and technical talents by the municipal government and enjoyed government technical subsidies.
In April 2006, four comrades of our company, Ding Songping, Zhang Weidong, Du Weihao and Wang Jiandong, were respectively appointed by the Municipal Labor Bureau as national operation skill appraisal examiners for electricians, fitters and lathe workers.
At the 2005 comprehensive commendation meeting in Qidong City, Shentong Valve won another honor.
On the morning of February 6, 2006, Qidong 2005 comprehensive commendation conference was successfully held. Our company won the title of "Top 30 Industrial Enterprises in Qidong City" and "Top 20 Taxpayers of Industrial Enterprises in Qidong City", and won the heavy award of the municipal party committee and municipal government. At the same time, the company was rated as "Qidong advanced enterprise of scientific and technological progress" and "Qidong famous brand cultivation advanced enterprise". Comrade Wu Jianxin, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the company, was once again awarded the honorable title of excellent entrepreneur in Qidong City, and was awarded a heavy silver medal.
The complete set of valves for converter gas recovery system won the bid for the Pugang Project of Baosteel Group.
Baosteel Group Pugang intervened in the relocation of the 150t converter gas recovery system constructed by Luojing Project, which was contracted by China Metallurgical Jingcheng Company. Through expert technical demonstration, it was determined that it would not be imported and was provided by our company in full. This is also my company's first order at the beginning of the new year.
Coke oven dust removal flue gas conversion equipment again won the overseas project
The Brazilian coke oven project contracted by Anshan Coking Institute needs a batch of coal loading and coke discharge dust removal flue gas conversion valves. Our company won the bidding and the contract is officially effective at present. This is another overseas coke oven project won by our company after exporting complete sets of coke ovens to Turkey.
