In order to implement the democratic management of the enterprise, build a harmonious and stable labor relationship, and standardize the management of the company's various tasks, according to the annual work plan of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd., on the afternoon of December 30, 2018, the company's eighth 16th employee The congress was held in the conference room of the company's No. 3 base.
The meeting was presided over by Chen Yongsheng, deputy secretary of the company's party committee and chairman of the trade union. Wu Jianxin, secretary of the company's party committee and chairman, and vice presidents of the company Huang Gaoyang, Yu Zhengtao, Zhang Lihong, Zhang Qiqiang, Miao Ning, Li Shu and Chen Lin attended the meeting and took the rostrum. 114 employee representatives from all divisions, departments and subsidiaries of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting heard and reviewed and approved the "Company's Development Plan for the Next Three Years", "2018 General Manager Work Report" made by the company's vice president, Mr. Zhang Qiqiang, and the "Collective Contract" report made by the Human Resources Department.
114 employee representatives from various positions in the company took the form of group discussion to speak enthusiastically, and put forward many reasonable suggestions and opinions on their positions and related work.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Wu Jianxin, chairman of the company, made an on-the-spot explanation and reply to the staff proposal, and delivered an important speech: the hard-won achievements in 2018 are the result of the unity and hard work of all the magic people.
