In order to jointly improve the level of party building work in tax enterprises, further optimize the tax business environment, and promote high-quality economic development, on the afternoon of June 1, 2018, under the leadership of Comrade Zhu Shaofeng, the director of the Qidong State Taxation Authority Branch, Secretary Xu Haidong and his party walked into Shentong. Jointly organize party-day joint construction activities. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zhu Shaofeng. Comrade Zhang Qiqiang, Vice President of our company, Comrade Li Shu, Vice President, and Comrade Chen Yongsheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Comrade Zhu Shaofeng introduced the agenda of the meeting. He emphasized: I hope that through the exchanges and learning of both parties, we will jointly improve the level of party building work in tax enterprises, and make face-to-face exchanges between tax enterprises a normal state. Starting from party building, we will firmly forge spiritual beliefs, boost energy, pioneer and innovate, work hard, and work together. Create a business environment that benefits trade and workers, and promote high-quality economic development.
On the agenda of the meeting, Secretary Xu Haidong introduced the Party building work of Qidong State Tax Administration Branch. He stressed: it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political construction and study of party members, improve the political quality and theoretical level of government cadres, strengthen the construction of branches and give full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations as a fighting fortress, improve the learning mechanism, supervision mechanism and party member management mechanism of government branches, conscientiously implement the system of three meetings and one lesson, take the lead and demonstrate; it is necessary to strengthen education and guidance, carry out education on party style and party building; strengthen supervision and inspection, and implement the party style and clean government inspection mechanism.
The second agenda of the meeting is to introduce the party building work of our company by Secretary Chen Yongsheng. He stressed: in the work of Party building, we should attach importance to training and learning. If we do not study today, we will fall behind tomorrow and be eliminated the day after tomorrow. We should attach importance to typical guidance, strive for vanguard, be a model, strive for advanced and achieve achievements. We should let outstanding party members set an example and lead the growth of the staff. We should attach importance to the formation of joint forces. The party leads everything. We should listen to the party and follow the party, organically combine the party building work with the enterprise culture construction work to promote the development of enterprises.
On the third agenda of the meeting, Chief Gu Weichong introduced the latest tax law practice to help enterprises better master and use the latest tax law knowledge, including: VAT rate adjustment, enterprise income tax filing, employee education funds, research and development expenses plus deduction, etc. The comrades in charge of tax management in the finance department of the company asked questions on the spot, and the leaders of Qidong national tax authorities answered the tax-related questions in the actual work of the enterprise on the spot, helping the enterprise to increase its understanding of the latest tax law knowledge.
At the meeting, Comrade Li Shu, vice president of the company, stressed: the development of an enterprise is inseparable from the development of the country, the strength of the country, and the leadership of the party. We should keep up with the excellent branches, continuously improve the level of Party building, and rely on Party building to promote the development of enterprises.
At the end of the meeting, Comrade Zhang Qiqiang, vice president of the company, concluded his speech: Through today's joint construction activities with the Party branch of Qidong State Taxation Bureau, we have learned the excellent experience of Party building work. In the future, Party building activities in tax enterprises should be normalized and institutionalized.
