On November 29, 2016, the sixth plenary council of the China General Nuclear Power Equipment Localization Joint R & D Center and the "Procedural" publicity was held in Yantai, Shandong. National Energy Administration, National Nuclear Safety Administration and other leaders attended the meeting.
