According to the "Notice of the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Justice, and the National Law Popularization Office on Launching a Series of Publicity Activities for the 2013" 12.4 "National Legal Publicity Day" and the China Securities Regulatory Commission "Regarding the Implementation of the 2013" 12.4 "National Legal Publicity Day in the Capital Market According to the unified deployment of the Notice, the company has recently actively carried out law popularization activities through various forms such as factory newspapers, publicity banners, websites, seminars and lectures.
On the morning of December 12, the "12.4 National Legal Publicity Day Law Popularization Lecture" was held in the company conference room. The lecture was presided over by Mr. Zhang Qiqiang, vice president and secretary of the company. It mainly used classic case analysis to protect investors. The knowledge of legal rights, prevention of insider trading, securities and futures laws, administrative regulations, rules and normative documents, and industry self-discipline rules was popularized and explained, the company's president Zhang Yifang, vice presidents Huang Gaoyang, Yu Zhengtao, heads of various departments and workshops actively participated in the on-site interaction, and combined with the company's own work practice, enhanced the employees' legal awareness and the concept of abiding by the law.
In addition, the director of the company's human resources department also publicized and explained the "Labor Law", "Employee Rights Protection Law" and other laws and regulations, which enhanced employees' legal concepts and awareness of using legal knowledge to protect their rights.
