Towards Excellence, the Shinto in Action

On August 27, 2013, the Nantong Mayor Quality Award Leading Group sent three experts to conduct a one-day on-site review of the "2012 Nantong Quality Model Enterprise" declared by the company.
At the first review meeting, Mr. Zhang Qiqiang, vice president of the company, introduced to the experts the work and achievements of the company in introducing excellent performance management, and made a detailed introduction to the company's mission, vision, core values and strategic planning. The experts communicated with the heads of relevant departments and learned about the company's specific practices in implementing the "Excellence Performance Evaluation Guidelines. The experts also visited the company's production workshop site, tested the basic knowledge of the "Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria" and held a symposium with the heads of various departments to fully understand the company's work in introducing excellent performance management.
At the last meeting of the on-site review, the experts affirmed the company's corporate culture construction, human resources education and training, and put forward higher hopes. Finally, the president of the company, Ms. Zhang Yifang, spoke on behalf of the company, asking all departments of the company to study and apply the standard of "excellent performance evaluation criteria", and take the evaluation of Nantong quality model enterprise as the starting point to promote the excellent performance management mode and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the company.
