Jiangsu Valve Association to Japan Valve Industry Investigation and Exchange Group a complete success!

From May 20th to 26th, the entrepreneurs of Jiangsu Valve Industry Association went to Japan for a one-week official inspection tour of the valve industry and achieved a complete success. Although the time of this inspection and exchange was relatively short, during the tight schedule, they successively visited Japan Valve Manufacturers Association and visited two valve companies, two famous enterprises, two end users, a Tokyo environmental protection exhibition, two exhibition halls and other official activities, mainly focus on learning Japanese "craftsman spirit" and lean management, find the gap, understand their own shortcomings, personally integrate into the cultural atmosphere of Japanese enterprises, zero distance experience and feel the "craftsman spirit" embodied by enterprises and employees on the road of excellence, so as to improve the management level of valve enterprises and realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
This trip to Japan by Jiangsu Valve Association included 20 companies and 30 corporate CEOs and executives. Under the leadership of the secretary general of Jiangsu Valve Association, they successively visited the Japan Valve Manufacturers Association, participated in the Tokyo International Environmental Protection Exhibition, and visited Japan's well-known domestic companies such as Japan's Omura Valve, Japan's Miyagi Valve, Nissan Yokohama Factory, Asahi Beer, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Gas Group, etc, as well as the toyota motor exhibition and the kyocera morio inada memorial hall. During the whole inspection and exchange period, the official activities were compact, one by one, and they had been intensively visiting and studying. Although the trip was short and the visiting and exchange time was short, everyone reflected that they had gained a lot and felt a lot of emotion. Although the two countries have different systems, there is a gap in comparison. Not only have we found the shortcomings, but also many details are worth learning and learning from our peers.
Many bosses used to be just hearsay, but now seeing is believing. Learn from Japan's "craftsman spirit" to improve the level of corporate management and product quality, and achieve transformation and upgrading. The "craftsman spirit" has been written into the "Government Work Report", which refers to the spiritual concept of meticulous care and excellence in products, and the exacting of details. Perfect and extreme, persistent persistence and pursuit of high-quality products, professional dedication and focus on work.
In fact, the gap between us and Japanese industries and enterprises is not in products or technology at all, but in "business philosophy and ingenuity! Through communication and on-site visits, we found that although they are different from our national conditions and systems, they are highly intelligent, their employees are dedicated to the enterprise, all kinds of management are lean management, and the product quality is the best. Many of them are century-old enterprises, but they inherit excellence, continuous improvement of technology, continuous improvement of quality, and always create century-old quality products to satisfy and rest assured customers. Regardless of the urban environment or the rural areas, the sky is blue, the sky is blue and the clouds are white, and environmental protection is impressive. There is almost no garbage can and a sanitation worker. The citizens consciously protect the environment, jointly maintain good public order, and consciously abide by traffic rules. The air is also clear, indoor and outdoor sanitation is the same, environmental awareness is so to the extreme, the whole people abide by it, the whole country is doing a good job in environmental protection and sanitation.
