The company's human resources department recently organized the first new employee induction training course in 2021. The training topics cover: corporate culture, occupational health and safety production, employee manuals and rules and regulations, basic knowledge of valves, quality awareness, nuclear safety culture, quality assurance system, Intellectual property rights, confidentiality management, etc.



President Wu Jianxin of the company attended the opening ceremony of this training course and made an interpretation of the company's corporate culture for the participants of this training course. Mr. Wu introduced the company's development process, development experience, future planning and requirements and expectations for new employees in detail. The Quality Assurance Office and the Safety Supervision and Environmental Protection Department have trained new employees on the company's quality assurance system, nuclear safety culture, occupational health and safety production.




Finally, the Human Resources Department organized a final examination for all new employees participating in the training.
