On December 28, 2021, the company's 2021 annual management review meeting was held in base 3. Senior leaders of the company, general managers of various business units, heads of various departments and all members of the management review team attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Wu Jianxin, president of the company.
At the beginning of the meeting, comrade xing yi, the company's management representative, made a summary report on the operation of the management system in 2021. The report comprehensively summarizes and reviews the operation of the company's various systems in 2021, and puts forward suggestions for continuous improvement in 2022, calling on all employees to continue to focus on the company's market positioning and development strategy, innovate and be pragmatic, strive for excellence, and effectively improve product quality and management level! In the next step, the company's overall goal will be broken down into various responsible departments, and through joint efforts, the overall goal of "establishing industry benchmarks and creating international brands" will be achieved.
At the meeting, the heads of various departments respectively made 2021 work reports, reviewing and summarizing the completion of the department's main work in 2021, the problems existing in the system operation and the 2022 work improvement plan. In his speech and comments, Comrade Wu Jianxin, president of the company, recognized the achievements made by various departments in their work in 2021 and put forward suggestions for the next step of work. During the discussion, the participating leaders and department representatives successively expressed their opinions and suggestions on the adaptability of the company's policies and objectives and the adaptability, adequacy and effectiveness of the existing management system.
