Based on the recognition of each other's corporate philosophy and professional capabilities, relying on the business resources accumulated and mastered in their respective fields, and out of strategic planning for long-term development in the future, the two parties will seek cooperation and development in the separation, extraction and supply of rare gases and electronic special gases, research and development and manufacturing of ultra-low temperature and gas equipment, and large-scale application of hydrogen energy.
