Song Yinli, Secretary-General of China Valve Association, Attends Sinopec E-commerce Work Meeting

On July 12, 2018, Sinopec's e-commerce conference was held in Nanjing. China General Machinery Industry Association Valve Branch Vice Chairman and Secretary-General Song Yinli was invited to attend the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Han Xiaogang, general manager of Nanjing Valve Supply and Reserve Center of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation. The purpose of this meeting is to further promote Sinopec's core valve suppliers to use Sinopec's e-commerce platform valve area to carry out procurement, sales, supply chain finance and international market development. In order to promote the in-depth cooperation between Sinopec's valve suppliers and Sinopec's e-port valve area and promote the development of the valve industry.
Wang Jia, deputy general manager of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Nanjing Valve Supply and Reserve Center, reported the construction of the Yipaike Valve Zone and expressed his willingness to actively provide various services to valve companies. Other relevant leaders and experts introduced the situation of the standard system and the valve product quality certification work.
Secretary-General Song Yinli was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a speech. Secretary-General Song first expressed his support for the construction of Sinopec's easy-to-send passenger valve area on behalf of the Valve Association. Sinopec took the lead in establishing a valve procurement e-commerce platform to conform to the development of the times. It is the implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in specific work. The establishment of a user-led product evaluation system will force the supplier to improve product quality and service from the demand side. The high-quality development of the industry plays a positive role in guiding and standardizing industry behavior, creating a good business environment, and will boost supply-side reforms, the future will also promote China's valve industry to expand the international market. Secretary-General Song suggested that key enterprises in the valve industry should pay more attention to the docking of easy-to-send customers, actively participate in the construction of Sinopec easy-to-send customers valve area, and make good use of the platform to achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
Shen Zhongxiang, general manager of the Electrical Instrument Department of the Materials and Equipment Department of Sinopec Group, made an important speech. Mr. Shen focused on the changes in Sinopec's material procurement ideas and ecology, advocating transparent procurement rules, fair and just framework bidding, and not advocating low-cost bidding; more emphasis on the cooperative relationship between supply and demand, and more emphasis on the entire supply chain and industrial chain Service, pay more attention to product quality and service, pay more attention to the core competitiveness, comprehensive strength and integrity of suppliers, and strengthen the construction of reserve centers; vigorously promote localization, localization and standardization. Finally, Shen Zong put forward specific requirements for promoting the development of Yipaike valve zone and optimizing the ecology of the valve industry, and pointed out that the construction of Yipaike valve zone is conducive to the integration of supplier resources, can promote comprehensive services, and will play a role in promoting the valve industry to go global.
