In order to improve the quality inspection level and comprehensive quality of the company's quality inspection personnel and enhance the quality awareness of employees, according to the company's 2019 annual management training plan, the company invited external expert lecturers to hold an internal training on "Quality Management Tools Practice" in the company's conference room on April 20, 2019.
At the beginning of the training, Xing Yi, vice president of the company, made a mobilization speech on the quality training. Xing Zong stressed: With the rapid development of Shentong, quality and safety are the prerequisites for development. As Shentong employees must have the ability to discover, analyze and solve problems. I hope everyone will cherish this training opportunity, study hard, improve quality inspection ability and quality management skills, and flexibly apply the learned knowledge to work.
During the training process, the lecturer conducted training around the seven QC techniques such as checklist, layering method, Plato, histogram, characteristic factor diagram, scatter diagram, and control diagram. According to the actual work situation, the trainees logically traced the complicated problems such as cause, result, purpose, and means through Plato data statistics and the production of fishbone correlation analysis diagram, so as to find the main cause of the problem.
With the active participation of all the trainees, this training has achieved the expected results. After the training, we will apply the data statistics, cause analysis, inspection skills and other methods we have learned to work practice, and use excellent product quality to win Customers, build a high-quality brand of Shentong.
