From March 24 to 25, 2018, China Machinery Industry Federation and China General Machinery Industry Association organized a prototype appraisal meeting of "Zhongguang Nuclear Hualong No.1 HL1000 nuclear safety secondary containment isolation valve, butterfly valve and ball valve" independently developed by our company in Qidong. Sui Yongbin, chief engineer of China Machinery Industry Federation, was invited to attend the meeting, which was presided over by the president of China General Machinery Industry Association.
On the afternoon of the 24th, experts and representatives of the appraisal committee inspected our company's production and test sites and witnessed the performance test of the product prototype.
On the morning of the 25th, the prototype development project team of our company reported to the participating experts and representatives the development of the prototype of "Zhongguang Nuclear Hualong No.1 HL1000 nuclear safety secondary containment isolation valve, butterfly valve and ball valve.
The experts of the appraisal committee consulted the documents and materials related to design, manufacturing, testing, testing and quality assurance. After on-site inquiries and discussions, the appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal and believed that the main technical parameters and performance of the 7 prototype products independently developed by our company The indicators have reached the international advanced level of similar products and can be promoted and applied in nuclear power plants.
Manager Kong Lingjie of CGNPC Engineering Co., Ltd. introduced the project background to experts and representatives of the appraisal meeting. The second phase of Fangchenggang nuclear power project is a demonstration project of China General Nuclear Power Hualong No. 1 and a reference power station for the Bradwell B nuclear power project in the UK. Hualong No. 1 is the result of China's independent innovation, integrated innovation and mechanism innovation. On the basis of more than 30 years of experience in nuclear research, design, manufacturing, construction and operation, China has invested a lot of energy, fully drawing on the advanced concepts of international third-generation nuclear power technology, the third-generation nuclear power technology developed and designed using the highest international safety standards is the main brand of my country's nuclear power "going global.
The successful passing of this appraisal means that our company's "Zhongguang Nuclear Hualong No.1 HL1000 nuclear safety secondary containment isolation valve, butterfly valve and ball valve" products have been independently designed and solidified, and can be officially transferred to the product design and manufacturing stage. At the end of the meeting, Wu Jianxin, chairman of our company, said that we will continue to make greater contributions to the localization of nuclear power valves.
