The company held the eighth fifteenth workers' congress

In order to further strengthen the democratic management of enterprises and build harmonious and stable labor relations, on the afternoon of December 30, 2017, the 15th workers' Congress of the eighth session of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. was held in conference room 507 of the company's No. 3 base. The staff representatives attending the meeting spoke enthusiastically in the form of group discussion and put forward a lot of reasonable suggestions and opinions on their posts and related work.
The meeting heard Mr. Wu Bing, Director of the Human Resources Department, "Explanation of the Contents of the Employee Handbook" and Ms. Chen Li, Director of the President's Office, "Report on the Implementation of the Proposals of the Last Workers' Congress".
The meeting also reviewed and approved the 2017 Work Report made by Mr. Zhang Qiqiang, Vice President of the company. The participants agreed that the work report of Vice President Zhang Qiqiang was practical and realistic, summarized the achievements of the 2017, pointed out the existing problems, and clarified the company's work objectives and measures in 2018.
At the end of the meeting, the chairman of the company, Mr. Wu Jianxin, gave an on-the-spot explanation and reply to the employee proposal, and delivered an important speech: the achievements made in the past year have not come easily, and all employees should cherish them, strengthen their confidence in development, and take a more firm step on the new journey. I wish all the magic people and leaders and friends from all walks of life who care about and support the development of magic health and prosperity. Participants believe that in the new year, under the correct leadership of the company's board of directors, guided by Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, relying closely on all employees, rolling up their sleeves and working hard, the goal of 2018 will surely be achieved.
