Subsidiary Wuxi flange signed the first water rights transaction, conservation network red flower sea.

On November 8, 2021, Wuxi Flange Forging Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, successfully signed a water rights transaction contract with Wuxi Tomorrow Wind Horticulture Co., Ltd., which is the first water rights transaction in Wuxi City!
The seller Wuxi Flange Forging Co., Ltd. is a water-saving enterprise in Jiangsu Province. It has built 2500m of cooling water and rainwater collection tank with self-raised funds as cooling water for production. It has achieved recycling without discharge, with a reuse rate of more than 80%. Therefore, it has a large number of water resources available for market transactions. The buyer Tomorrow Wind Horticulture purchases the right to use water resources through the platform of China Water Rights Exchange. The water is mainly used is used for the total area of green flower sea conservation, with a total of about 350000 square meters.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shentong, Wuxi Flange, under the leadership of the company's board of directors and the group party committee, takes precautions and tries to take this effective water-saving measure first, which can not only save resources, but also trade the surplus water and gain profits, promote the company's long-term sound development, promote the improvement of industrial structure, production methods, and water use patterns, and create a precedent for water rights trading in Wuxi! Also for the construction of Wuxi Binhu District green recycling and resource-saving enterprises in the forefront of the industry!
