DNC is used for centralized management of programming programs. Front-line employees call numerical control programs as needed. The processing time is shortened to 1/3 of the original, and the product processing quality is stable.
Through the networking of intelligent equipment, the company applies the MDC system to extract the operating status of equipment in real time, automatically counts the operating efficiency of equipment, finds bottlenecks, and improves production organization capabilities.

Combined with the application of industrial Internet identification codes, the factory valves have "ID cards", which can use the functions of on-line and off-line management, after-sales maintenance and repair of the valves at the client to carry out failure analysis of the products and realize the whole life cycle management of the products while improving the quality of the products.
Production value, production efficiency greatly improved
Since 2016, the company's monthly output value has increased from more than 3000 million yuan to more than 9000 million yuan in 2021 without a significant increase in employees. Last year's operating cost was 8.23 lower than the year before last. The product research and development cycle was shortened by 34%. Per capita production efficiency increased by 16.1, and the rate of defective products decreased by 0.2. The numerical control rate of key processes was 100. The improvement rate of energy utilization was 0.1.
