The million-kilowatt nuclear power unit with independent intellectual property rights has now been determined and is ready to start construction in 2014. This nuclear power unit is led by China Nuclear and China Nuclear Corporation: "This unit has been preliminarily recognized by the National Nuclear Safety Administration and is considered to be in line with the international advanced level. In the future, because the first reactor will be built, it will also be supported by the National Energy Administration."
